The short version
Browsing this site is anonymous. Address lookups are not saved or tied to you. The only time we collect personal information is when you fill out the inspection-request form — and we tell you exactly what happens to it below.
Address lookups
When you search an address, we send it to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder to find its coordinates and query our own hail database. We do not store your search, associate it with you, or require an account. Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) may record IP addresses for security and are retained per their standard policy.
Inspection requests
If you submit the "free inspection" form, we collect the name, phone number, email, and property address you provide, along with the storm date shown for your address. We share that information with one or more licensed contractors or contractor referral services so they can contact you about an inspection, which is the purpose of the form. We may be compensated for that referral. By checking the consent box you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email, including by automated means; consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can tell any caller to stop contacting you at any time.
We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with anyone other than the contractor(s) or referral service handling your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Basic, aggregate traffic analytics may be collected by our hosting provider.
Data removal
To have an inspection request deleted, contact us and include the phone number you submitted so we can locate the record.
